  1. Cancellation Period: You may cancel your MyStore subscription at any time during your subscription period. There are no long-term commitments, and you have the flexibility to cancel whenever you need to.

  2. Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your MyStore account and navigate to the subscription settings. From there, you can initiate the cancellation process. Alternatively, you can reach out to our customer support team, and they will assist you with the cancellation process.

  3. No Refunds: Please note that while you can cancel your subscription at any time, we do not offer refunds for cancelled subscriptions. Once a subscription is cancelled, you will continue to have access to MyStore until the end of your current billing period, after which your access will be terminated.

  4. Access to Data: Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will retain access to your store data for a limited period, allowing you to export any necessary information or files. After this period, your data will be securely archived and eventually deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

  5. Future Re-activation: If you decide to re-activate your MyStore subscription in the future, you can do so by logging into your account and selecting the appropriate subscription plan. Your previous store data will be available upon re-activation, allowing you to resume where you left off.
